Please note, we are down to a skeleton crew so please bear with us. Also, all postal services are affected by Covid & these effects change daily. Brexit is causing all sorts of headaches with many parcels to the EU spending extra days 'resting' in Customs facilities. Please be patient with us and the postal workers - some deliveries are taking up to 12 weeks!!!!
In an effort to speed things along, we are now offering a Tracked Service for all destinations. We have tried to keep the charges for these as low as possible.This isn't a priority processing option - we process orders in the order they come in as far as possible - but may offer peace of mind and a much better chance of a shorter transit time.
Unfortunately, the number of delays and lost parcels to a few destinations means that Tracked is the only option for these countries. We will review this option when the situation improves.
IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM THE EU, please remember that you will most likely be asked to pay local Customs and Handling Charges before your order is delivered - watch out for either an email or a card through the door.
