This PDF Download consists of a short introduction & ten historical scenarios calculated to recreate the famous actions at Austerlitz, December 2nd 1805, authored by Mr Kinrade of Derby.

This is a narrative campaign, constructed of ten scenarios from the wider Austerlitz battlefield, picking out locations and/or times around the battlefield of significance or importance. It would not be practical (but not impossible with a large enough table), to replay the entire of Austerlitz as one game. Instead, it has been broken down into more playable table-top scenarios. The scenarios are set-out chronologically,  from the first attack in the morning into the final attacks and withdrawal in the afternoon and they should be played in this way. Scenarios can also, of course, be played as one-off historical refight games, just for an evening’s entertainment. A couple of the scenarios can also be combined into a single larger game, if players have the time, table size and model collections to do it. Each scenario’s result will contribute to the overall victory in the day’s fighting at Austerlitz. No single location will win the day outright, but the side that does better across all the scenarios will have won the day (and the campaign). 
The victor of the campaign will be the side that earns the most Battle Victory Points from the scenarios and thus contributes the most their side’s fortunes on the day (of course this might be different to the actual outcome, but where would be the fun if the player’s already knew the final outcome). As commanders, you are refighting ‘your’ Austerlitz, not ‘the’ Austerlitz.
