Just a reminder that during our recent summer sale, our dispatch time of up to 4 weeks was clearly displayed on both our homepage and at checkout.

We are a very small manufacturing team and are working as quickly as we can to get every order out. If your order is less than 4 weeks old, please rest assured it is in our queue and there is no need to contact us for an update.

We are currently receiving a high volume of queries about summer sale orders that have not yet been dispatched. Responding to these messages takes time away from processing orders, which unfortunately slows everyone's dispatch down even further.

We really appreciate your patience, and the best way you can help us get your order out as quickly as possible is to give us the full 4 weeks before contacting us. 

If your order hasn't been dispatched after the full 4 weeks, please do get in touch and we'll be happy to look into it.
