Due to the current high volume of orders and limited staffing, we are unfortunately unable to respond to individual requests for order status updates at this time.

As noted at checkout, customers were required to acknowledge (by ticking a box) a notice explaining the current backlog and agree to the estimated wait time of 6 weeks (or longer for larger and more complex orders) before placing their order.

While we understand that customers are keen to receive updates, manually locating individual orders takes valuable staff time away from shipping, picking, packing, and casting orders.
