Important Update for Our U.S. Customers
We want to let you know about an important change to our shipping process for orders to the United States.
As a UK-based company, we’ve always worked hard to keep international shipping smooth and affordable. However, due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations and courier requirements, we’ve had to update our postage system for U.S. orders.
What’s new?
From now on, shipping to the U.S. will be:
£15* + 12% of your order value (*£15 for orders under £50, orders £50 are charged £20, orders over £100 are £25)
This change includes:
The newly introduced U.S. import tariff
A courier handling fee for our DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service, which ensures your order clears customs smoothly with no unexpected fees on arrival
We understand this is a significant adjustment, and we want to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that this decision was not made lightly. We’ve implemented this system to ensure your orders arrive as quickly and reliably as possible, with all duties prepaid, no surprises, no delays.
