5) How do I apply the discount? - At checkout enter the discount code you have qualified for. They are as follows: 10OFF, 15OFF, 20OFF and 25OFF, the digits here being the % off. Don't know how to apply a coupon click here
6) I have reached the minimum spend in my cart required but I am not getting the correct discount applied? - If your cart contains items that do not qualify for Black Friday, such as a SAGA Book, the price of the non qualifying item will NOT count towards the spend. For example if you have £30 of qualifying items and £30 of non qualifying items in your cart (£60 total), you will qualify for the under £35 offer (10% off), and if you were to add £5 more of qualifying items you will meet the minimum requirements for the spend £35 get 15% off offer
7) Do the Tiers Of Joy savings stack together? - No, they are exclusive of each other, reaching £500 spend will not add a combined 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%, it will only apply 25% off maximum

9) Why are only some items in my cart receiving the discount? - Items without a Black Friday banner will not receive any discount, nor count towards reaching the minimum spend to activate a saving tier
