🛠 CUSTOM ORDER INSTRUCTIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING

If you've agreed on a custom order by email, please follow the steps below to ensure your order is processed correctly.

STEP 1 – Choose the Right Item Type

From the drop-down menu, select the following:

FIGURE – for any human-type miniatures (e.g. men, women, soldiers)

HORSE – for standalone horses/camels

MISC ITEM – for anything else (e.g. wagons, elephants, scenery, etc.)

➡️ IMPORTANT: Only choose MISC ITEM if your order is not a figure or a mount.

STEP 2 – Set the Correct Quantity

Increase the quantity until the total matches the price agreed by email.

🔹 Examples:

3 figures and 3 horses
➤ Add 3 x “Figure”
➤ Add 3 x “Horse”

1 Elephant agreed at £10
➤ Select “Misc Item” (worth £1 each)
➤ Set quantity to 10

📌 NOTE: Prices may adjust at checkout depending on your location and VAT.
(E.g. In Canada with 0% VAT, 10 misc items might total £8.30 instead of £10.)

STEP 3 – Add a Note at Checkout

At checkout, there’s a box titled “Additional Note”.

✍️ You MUST use this box to clearly describe your custom order – include:

What you are ordering (e.g. “the princess only from pack SSC27, 3 Islamic horses, 1 resin elephant without the riders”)

Any other details needed for casting and picking
