Saxon 4pdr. Quick fire gun. Used as regimental artillery in Russia. The wheels on these pieces were classes as medium and were considerably smaller than the wheels on the new M1810 equipment. Note the yellow of the metalwork on this piece. This is Vallejo 'Brown Ochre, darkened with raw umber and highlighted with Naples yellow.
