Eastern Europe excluding Poland, and Czech Republic: Friday 8th December
USA, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Spain: Monday 11th December
Everywhere else in Europe: Wednesday 13th December
